Why wait, pay more, and upgrade later? Own this better-than-new home for $22,000 less than the $672,000 the owners paid just over two years ago—without the new-construction wait or added upgrade costs. With $240,000 in upgrades, replacement cost alone makes this an exceptional value, offering a level of finish that would cost hundreds of thousands more to recreate today. It is not possible to build a new home this size, with these upgrades, on a premium lot for anything close to this list price, and then consider the other items included such as a newer washer, dryer, refrigerator and spa.

This 2,550 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with den, Pulte’s most popular Parklane model, is situated on a premium Sun City Mesquite lot and has been meticulously maintained. The home includes over $240,000 in high-end upgrades, with $140,000 in builder options and $100,000 in owner improvements, delivering immediate equity and move-in-ready luxury.

The chef’s kitchen delivers instant impact with 42" cabinetry, an oversized executive island with end-cap shelving, five-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and a walk-in pantry—features buyers typically add after closing at significant expense.

The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a walk-in shower, piedrafina marble countertops, an expansive 11' x 14' walk-in closet, and extensive soundproofing. Additional soundproofing in the bathrooms and laundry room provides a level of comfort and privacy rarely found at this price point.

Luxury vinyl and tile flooring throughout (50k upgrade), bay windows in the primary bedroom and dining room, crown molding, ceiling fans, and Cat 6 wiring throughout further elevate the home—upgrades that are increasingly costly or unavailable in new construction.

The backyard rivals high-end resort installations, featuring over 100 shrubs and trees, decorative rock and boulders, approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of artificial turf, a paver patio, full-length awning, low-voltage lighting, privacy fencing with three gates, and a dedicated garbage enclosure—an outdoor environment that would easily cost six figures to replicate.

Additional highlights include an expanded driveway, front courtyard with custom gate, and an oversized 2.5 car garage with commercial-grade coated flooring, overhead storage racks, and built-in cabinetry—details buyers often compromise on or plan to add later.

Why pay more and wait to upgrade when this home is already done? Homes offering this level of finish, privacy, and immediate enjoyment are rarely available. Schedule your showing today before this opportunity is gone.
